day 4 of the eurotrip: 2 engineers, 2 economists and 1 litre of alcohol...

The 4th day of the eurotrip was in the lovely copenhagen. Although I had already seen it last year it was a great pleasure to discover it all over again and it was also a great chance to see one of my best friends who came to copenhagen to meet with us.

Coming back to the subject of the post...the second and last night of our stay we wanted to invite our host out for a drink...unfortunately for us she had other plans for the nigh so that's how we decided to spend all our remaining danish krone on alcohol:))

First a some beers in Nyhave, the old harbor and then we entered e first club we encountered. We started with another round of beers and as we examined the menu one of the boys said that they have a cocktail of 400ml of whiskey...actually the menu said 4 cl, which for a couple of seconds meant for all 4 of us 400 ml. Checking again the menu there was also a cocktail of 10cl, which by the above mentioned logic meant 1l...OK that was the moment we figured that's something was terribly wrong...1 cl is 10 ml or 100 ml??? such a tough question at that moment:))) we had to turn to other measuring units 1cm=10mm, so by analogy 1cl=10ml to figure out the mystery...at the end we burst into hysterical alcohol related laughter and and up in disappointment that there was no such thing as the one liter cocktail of alcohol:))

today, the 7th of september, the 6th day of the trip we are in Gotheborg, Sweden's second city. The weather was incredibly good so far, just some drops of rain the first day in Koln, but here in the Scandinavian countries not even a drop.

Tomorrow we'll be in Oslo, looking foreword to discover it's secretes.

Love u. Take care.
